Amoenus Research Project @ Iklectik
I was invited, with my collaborator, noise maker Nick Burge, to explore the cutting-edge Amoenus spherical sound system, built by Christian Duka  and housed at Iklectik Art Lab in London. At the invitation of Isa Ferri, who co-runs Iklectik, Nick and I explored embodied / performative applications of digital controllers and DIY / hacked machinery to create performances in multi channel audio spaces. An offshoot of the project has been the creation of a bespoke hardware interface for multichannel electric guitar performance, which Nick has helped me develop and which I hope to begin performing with in 2022.
